        Overall

        DDS, admits not certified MD. Dr. Wright extracted # 14 tooth after xray stating extraction would not rupture maxillary sinus whereas extraction of #13 resulted in rupture of sinus in previous year. Resulting pain, inflammation after extraction of #14 was diagnosed as "psychological" without followup xray or other testing, later diagnosed by periodontist as oro antral fistula of sinus from extraction.
