We got home from work and the garage door would not open. I called Diamond Garage Doors at 7:00pm and he was here by 8;00pm. He had wonderful customers service and my garage door is fixed.

We had a fantastic experience with Jon and Diamond Garage Doors. Our door unexpectedly broke and he was out immediately to check things out. He presented all of the information clearly and gave us extremely reasonable pricing. Our new door was installed immediately- we made our decision Tuesday and he was out Wednesday to install- and it was the day before Thanksgiving. He was here well into the darkness making sure everything was perfect. Jon and his company have exceeded our expectations- it is wonderful to find a company that you can trust.

Jon fixed my garage door the same day that I called him. He pointed out several problems with the original installation and explained my options in clear terms without any pressure or hint of "pushing a sale". The final cost was more than fair and the new opener is much, much quieter than the old one, with extra features, too. Wow! I'm adding my glowing review to all of the others on YP. And letting it post on FB because I want to spread the word about a great company. Diamond Garage Doors are terrific! Jon and his technician came to my rescue to repair my garage door, which was stuck halfway open. It was never installed right when we built the house (and it was installed by the company that made the door!). Now it just purrs as it opens. And he told me how to maintain it for good service.

Diamond Garage Doors had the best internet ratings, so I called them. Jon came to meet me within two days, and was very helpful. I thought I would have to get a new garage door opener, but he fixed my ancient remotes so they worked again. He also suggested some maintenance tips. His price was reasonable, and I would definitely use this service again.

I highly recommend Jon... you can tell he is an honest, knowledgable person who will do right by you. Jon responded to me very fast and came out same day to fix my garage door. He quickly replaced faulty sensors and also spotted a problem with the installation of the opener. He offered me the choice of fixing it and I gladly did so. Jon was really knowledgable, friendly, efficient, and his fees are very fair. I will use him if I need anything done again and highly recommend.
