This company and the technician name Mike is very friendly and hard working. He speak fluent english, but you might won't be able to understand him, I guarantee he knows more than you think. I have been going to this place for well over 2 years and every time I go, I get great services! I even recommend my friends and family members to him and they all have gave me positive reviews on this company well done job. Overall, this company is great. I would highly recommend it for anybody.

As I slowed down coming into Great Falls on Georgetown Pike (which becomes 25 mph) one of their drivers illegally passes me on the right, right before I was going to turn right into my office. I thought I would call them and let them know. The guy who answered didn't say much, but said he'd call the driver. He then calls me back and yells at me because the driver said I was driving 10 miles an hour. I said that even if that was true, his driver still broke the law passing illegally in a business area where people walk across the street all the time... just to go about 100 more feet to sit at a red light. He continued to say "you so stupid" and ramble at me until I had to hang up. I can't imagine that this place stays in business if that's how they approach a situation where they did something wrong, let alone illegal.

This place is absolutely terrible. The man on the phone could barely be understood. Felt like I was ordering chinese delivery but I went with it. He scheduled my window replacement on-site between 1p-3p. At 230p he calls to say his guy will be there between 3-330. At 345 I call him asking when this is happening and he says that his guy will be there in 45 minutes. So I respond with a "what the f..." and review the timeline and his response is that "don say that, you bad customer, my guy no come now." Worst service ever.

We had our car broken into in Columbia MD and 'Mike" from Metro was there in 35 minutes, and the window replaced quickly and neatly. Mike was a doll. We can't say enough!
