        Recently the ladies from Walmart Moline, took over the SmartStyle in Silvis Walmart. The first group charged $59.95 for a perm including shampoo and haircut. Today May 20,2021 The new ladies charged me the $59.95 for perm and an additional $19.95 for shampoo and hair cut. I will not go there again. This is outrages over charge!
