This Child Care is the best in Simi Valley!!!! The owner is very kind and really loves the children she cares For. She has over 18 years experience and not only does she teach preschool she teaches sign language and some Spanish. She is reasonably priced and offers all meals included. Refuses to follow the law. Will not allow parents access to their children's records or provide license number when asked. Also, gives information about children before clarifying to whom she is speaking. Then cites privacy laws and also stated that she is not clear on what the law states.
