        GETS IT DONE RIGHT

        Recently had tenants leave my rental in deplorable condition. Richard's attention to detail and work ethic helped me get it back fast. He is honest, hardworking and does a great job-- with a sense of humor too! I trust him with anything I need -- except plumbing he prefers not to do!
