Units of this 3-story, 2 building complex now feature new windows and sliders, new interior designs, kitchen islands, additional footage in the bedrooms, and HVAC. Upgraded media low voltage wiring & lighting fixtures. All new cabinetry, baths, fixtures, doors, hardware and hard surface flooring, stainless appliances & in-unit washers and dryers. Community amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, a rooftop lounge with BBQ, outdoor swimming pool and sundeck. Exterior was completely removed and redesigned, including, new roof, siding and stucco.

A full interior high-rise renovation of tenant occupied building. Renovations consisted of complete unit renovation, all corridors, amenity spaces including pool & spa, community room, theatre, kitchen, laundry facilities, podium decking and landscaping. MRC coordinated this complex project with limited logistical resources where tenant safety was of the utmost importance in busy DTLA.

The beautiful Marina Harbor in Marina del Rey, CA received an exterior renovation transforming the buildings with new exterior stucco, architectural foam enhancements, decking, balconies railings, windows, awnings, fascia, and amazing steel arbors, awnings, and trellises. The pool and tennis court areas were transformed with structural concrete, stamped concrete, masonry, awnings and architectural steel structures, glass fencing, and luscious landscaping.
