        This has been the worst experience of my life!

        Never have I had such a inept staff as

        well incompetent tell me one thing first then another about payments.



        Then insisting that I was not telling the truth

        about what I was told Twice. What ever happened to the " Customer is always Right"

        type of care. And to not even have Dr. interceed and assist me thru out this ordeal

        was even worse.
