Window Care

I have tried to contact this business 3 times in the last month and have never received an answer to my call. The last time I call was a week ago in which I left a message indicating that they were obviously too busy to accept more jobs, but since I really needed window cleaning maybe they could give me a courtesy call back and recommend another window cleaning. So far, no answer. Is this any way to run a businiess??
