I called to have a estimate for a new A/C system and they came out and spent alot of time educating us about the differences in the different systems available today for free. We were allowed time to discuss our options together without a high pressure sales pitch.After getting several other companies quotes we found that Northshore was the best qualified and fair priced with high quality products and great warranties.They were very professional during the installation of our new system and asked us if we would have any problem referring them to others.Well,I think this letter answers that.After Katrina and all the horror stories out there about inferior contractors,it's nice to know that there are still quality people and companies out there who do what they say and really take the time to do a quality job.
