He listened to me patiently about my issue and needs, and then encouraged me to be confident in my case, and made an appointment at my convenience. At the appointment, he explained to me in plain language about what the law says, what type of results it may turn out to be, what is the best and worst scenario, etc. And then he answered all my questions and concerns. I felt so much relieved after my conversation with Mr. Cook. He filed my case with court punctually as scheduled, and kept me updated till my case received final decision. By the way, Mr. Cook's attorney fee is also very fair. I would recommend him to anybody who needs a legal consultant.
