Attention!!! NEVER buy fuel oil from Wilson Home Heating in Smock!!! The lady just called and accused me of having a check that bounced!! I told her that has never happened to me in my life. I was upset- I told her we just ordered fuel oil in November- she then hung up on me and told me to order elsewhere because I was obviously upset the only reason why is because she was accusing me and she was saying I cant deliver your fuel because your check bounced I then called her back with my check number and they cashed my check 2 days after my fuel was delivered!!! YEAH lady my freaking check didnt bounce!!! She then says oh I must have the wrong person!!! Yeah!!! you think I told her!!!

Absolutely the worst in the business... Didn't receive my heating oil till 5 days after ordering, the delivery man overflowed our tank, then the guy they sent out to clean up the spill had the most terrible hygiene I've ever seen. Their prices maybe the lowest in the market but spend a little more and buy from another more professional company. These people claim to be in the business for thirty years but operate like a crew of amateurs......

If I could give zero I would. I forgot to order oil the past summer and I called on a Monday morning and they promised I would get it Tuesday (I was ordering 200 gallons). I called other companies, but it seemed that Tuesday was the earliest date. Granted over the last year I gave this company over $3,000 for oil (as I live in a larger house). On Tuesday, no oil came to my house so I called to find out. The female secretary was extremely rude and told me that she never said that she it would be Tuesday. I argued for a minute then asked her when it would be there, she said probably Wednesday. So, I asked her to confirm and she cancelled my order and hung up on me. I don't know what is wrong with Fayette County, but why do the companies think customer owe them something. CRAZY!! I would find someone else!
