Capitol Cleaners & Launderers

I've been a customer for many many years until a few months ago. They are way to expensive for the quality of service. There's always someone new who manages to mess something up. Not sure what happened to Lynn but it hasn't been the same since she left. Always friendly and helpful & got things done the right way on the first time. These other ones are useless and very rude. Too much competition to have to deal with that. Wouldn't have given a star at all.

i'd give it no star if i could.

i went there the first time and they have no fitting room, they do have a very disgusting bathroom...carpet in the bathroom?!gross!



also they said 1-2weeks for my 1 pair of pants to get hemmed because they have to send it out... i figured fine, i can wait.

two weeks later, still havent gotten a call.

called them once every week from then on...thought they lost my pants since they can't tell me where it is and what's taking so long. I called their other branch to check on it and maybe talk to a manager...failed on both...they werent available.

FIVE long weeks later, they finally tell me that it's back with No explanation of what happened.



Never coming back!

i'd rather drive 15mins south to Brite Cleaners in Dover...they do the job within 2 days sometimes you can even get it on the same day.

Said They'd Call Me When My Jackets Were Done. They Didn't, Then Charged Me Extra Cause The Were There Over A Week. No Actually Dry Cleaning Machines On Sight, Have To Be Sent Out. Charged $3.50 Because My HOod Had A Zipper On It. Poor Service. Grand Totally Of $30 For Two Jackets!
