Denny's

Horrible service. Ordered water to drink and the waitress ignored us. After 30 min at our seat we finally was given our from order. 2 cokes 1 water and a coffee. The place was not crowded. We were 1 of 3 tables of guests in entire restaurant. The place was dirty and no one seemed to care if customers were there or not. I have eaten at dennys in other locations with great service and food. I will never visit this restaurant again! Was sitting at table for 45 minutes before leaving without being served anything. Worst place do not visit

The food was hot, the service was great. This Dennys has definitely turned around and I recommend eating here.

Since the last year of horrific experiences..the service is good!! I can look around and 3 or 4 employees ask if they can help...much better

Horrific service. Just walked out. We were seated for breakfast and left with menus however no one came to take our order. So, after 10 mins checked with the hostess who was drinking coffee while working but failed to provide even water to us. The manager arrived to speak with us but was very hostile toward us and un-apologetic. There was another table in our section that also was being ignored. However, there was plenty of wait staff standing around doing absolutely nothing. Needless to say, we left. Wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Stay away, dirty plates on floor, under the tables. Food cold up charge on french fries if you want seasoning. Waffle, so cold butter would not melt. Poor service!

So happy to have a Denny around I went and took a visit and I had an awesome time my food was great and my sever shay did an amazing job taking care of me and my family. I will defiantly be returning soon for some me time.

This Denny's is terrible. This was my second visit since they opened. I took my family here last month, since it is located close to our house. My wife loves Denny's, and kids do too. We were seated and asked to order drinks, and waited 40min for food to come. Not once asked if we wanted a refill. I had to go get up and look for our server. Food wasn't served like I ordered, and the whole atmosphere was lacking basic level of customer service. Twice, very similar issue. I'm not one of those people that goes around writing bad reviews, but please save your money, and eat somewhere else. I noticed the same trend in other nearby chain restaurants her in Snellville in the last few years. The people they hire, are not even worth a minimum pay job.

Awful experience! I went there to place a to go order and the hostess kept helping the next new person to walk in. I didn't walk out with my order for a whole hour! The manager wasn't too helpful as well. They probably just need a better execution plan

I used to be a very big fan of Denny's growing up, so when this new one opened, I was so excited.

What a disappointment!!

Not only was the service terrible, there was a 30 minute wait (even though there were 5 open tables???) and when our food arrived, all hope was lost.

Our food arrives COLD.

If I could give this place half a star, I would. So very let-down, and genuinely upset that I paid $25 for cold food and crappy service.
