King's Carpet & Upholstery Steam Cleaning

I was preping for a dinner party and my 6 yr old knocked over a bottle of red wine which poured from my kitchen onto my living carpet! With guest coming that evening, I was desperate for urgent carpet cleanering!! I called several carpet cleaners in my area and King's was the only one to repond to my same day emergency! Lucky for me, the owner, MIke King happened to be an hour away and in between jobs. He erased the spill in a matter of minutes and had my living room carpet looking better than ever! Thanks for coming to my rescue Mike!! King's is forever my future carpet cleaning service!!!!!

I called King's Cleaning, got a price, set an appointment for them to do the work and they never called and they never showed up. This was a disgusting experience. Where is Service Master's phone number, it is time for me to deal with a professional.

How can I rate a business that did not show up? Did not make any attempt to call there customer(me)? Has made no attempt to call the customer back after several voice mails have been left on his on his business phone?

How would I rate and review this business! I have nothing further to say! "0(Zero)". I should not even haave to click oon a star to post this review, the business has done nothing but broken several traits that you would define a business.

I called them to clean the carpets in a house I had just bought. The owner himself, Mike, showed up on time and took great care of me. He explained his cleaning process so I knew exactly what to expect. He did a great job!! The carpet is 6 years old and had been sitting in this vacant house for over a year. Then add in the foot traffice from the house being for sale and you can imagine how dirty it was. Mike has it looking like new!!! His prices were great and his customer service was just as great!! This is who you need to call everytime!!!
