Duffy's Flowers & Plants

I took my kids into Duffy's to buy a Christmas plant, while there my 4 year old broke a $16 Christmas ornament. Without giving me the opportunity to apologize and pay for it, they insisted I pay the $16 immediately. For a long standing local business to treat repeat customers of many years this way is absolutely pathetic. Especially over an item that at best cost them $6. Very poor customer treatment and service. I will NEVER go back or recommend to anyone again.

I ordered flowers for a funeral and they were absolutely gorgeous! When we came in to the funeral home - everyone was looking at one arrangement - and when we walked over - they were from my wife and myself. WOW!!! I would definately recommend using Duffys Flowers.

Duffy's Flowers & Plants does a wonderful job and can handle anyone's needs. I had to have flowers wired to Tennessee and they were able to help me. I had a stuffed animal with balloons delivered locally to my niece after her tonsillectomy, and she absolutely loved it. It really brightened her day. I have had flowers delivered locally to my mother and they did an awesome job. The flowers were beautiful and lasted a long time. I would highly recommend Duffy's Flowers & Plants to anyone who needs a quality gift sent to a loved one!!!!

I went in for a bridal consulation, and was chastised for not having any pictures of what I wanted, although I was able to give exactly what flowers I wanted. Also, when I mentioned I wanted a specific greenery in my bouquet, she laughed at me, saying that has never been done before. She also would not give me a copy of the information we had discussed when I asked for it, other florists have had no problem doing that. I would highly recommend that you stay away from Duffy's.
