Unlike previous posts, I have never had to wait long, I have gotten friendly service, the employees have been good to my kids, and my order is always good and accurate.

Tip for the manager: Make sure your employees know that when kids/teens are in the store ordering, that you treat them with the same politeness and courtesy you'd treat any other customer. My 13 y/o son waited at the counter for 5 minutes today, and a rude female employee walked by and told him "I'm not here to take your order, I've been here since 4am" and walked away. Who does that?! Finally he was helped and given a disgusting coffee and his sandwich was burnt on the outside and barely warm on the inside. We spend a ton of money at this location but after this experience I won't be giving my kids my hard earned money to spend here anymore.

But the wait time is often unacceptable reaching over 10-15 minutes. Don't go if you need to get to work or school right after because you won't be there on time
