Walk in Clinic

This business is fine once you get in and reach the actual doctors. I realize this is a walk-in place, so my complaint is not even with the wait time. My problem has been that they don't honor their posted hours. I have personally witnessed the staff stop taking calls over an hour before they are due to close twice. Tonight I arrived there in person an hour before close and they had shut and locked the door. I could hear people waiting inside but they would not admit me. My opinion is that this is a money-making business. No retailer would tolerate the doors and phones being shut off an hour or more before closing. If that is their policy then they should change the posted hours to accurately reflect when they take patients.
