Fitness & Vine Retreat

Great gift to myself to spend a week with Stacie and the Fitness & Vine team! I expected to work hard and have my meals prepared for me. I had a blast working super hard in gorgeous settings and the food was delicious. In one week I lost 5 pounds of fat and gained 3 pounds of muscle. I also gained useful information on nutrition and the psychology of weight loss. Fitness & Vine exceeded my expectations!! I hope to join Team Awesome for an annual reunion in June 2012!!!
