Absolutely Awful! I called and the man said the problem was probably the capacitor and it normally cost $120 at most. Then when we got there they told us we needed to leave a $65 non-refundable deposit -- CASH ONLY. Then after a short time (probably didn't even look) he said the mother board was ruined and they needed an addtional $300. By the way a mother board on-line is about $100. What ever happened to the capacitor????? There is no way it was the mother board because the TV actually worked. We told the miserable women we'd come pick it up the next day and NO THANK you to fixing. So, we lost $65 and when we got the TV the back was not on properly (all bent) and can't use volume anymore. What a nightmare! I'm reporting them to Samsung since they were the ones who gave us their contact info. Horrible!
