        We found a flyer on our mailbox about snow removal from Caleb. Being from California we had no idea what we would be in for to get our driveway cleared of snow. We talked over the phone and that was it. Caleb and his crew at Above & Beyond have been working for us for 2 years. They are prompt and courteous, a great service! Liz A

        What a fitting name for this company! Caleb and his crew went Above and Beyond our expectations. We had requested bids from several companies &had asked Caleb to revisit. He was here as scheduled which I know is not easy. He won our bid with 2 qualifications-likeability & affordability. We started with some small work & they ended up removing a huge maple tree. We highly recommend this company & will have them return for some landscaping. They will also be doing snowplowing for your winter needs

        Would I call him a second time? Already did. Would I recommend him? Already did. Caleb and his crew were very dependable, reasonable and cleaned up nicely after the job.

        Caleb did some work for me about a year back. Work was ok, but very expensive. Expected professional-grade stock, yet plants were purchased from Lowe’s and up-charged to me. Since finding a landscaper in this area is not easy, I tried to go with Caleb again since I had a history with him and since I was not going to be shocked by the cost this time. I cannot get Caleb to return my calls or texts. Must be nice to not need the business. Asked him to at least recommend someone else who might help me: no response. Customer service is highly lacking here; ignoring customers is never good policy. Cannot recommend.

        Reply to Jim. I do apologize to Jim for the miscommunication, I personally went to the house and knocked on the door but no one was home. Because the customer lives out of state and calls from a private or unknown number he is hard to contact and I was unable to reach him by phone. We planted a white weeping cherry tree bought from McKinley Terrace a well know local nursery. Some of the flowers and smaller shrubs were bought from Lowes to keep the cost down and I guarantee the savings were passed along to the customer. We do our best to make a good experience for every customer and provide excellent service. I regret that we were not able to meet expectations on this occasion but I appreciate the feedback.

        Caleb & his crew did a great job..I would highly recommend him to friends, neighbors, family. Did a good job cleaning up afterwards .. reasonably priced. Thanks, Caleb!

        These young men came out and cut down one tree, ground out 4 stumps and landscaped a 25x12 foot area with black dirt and grass seed. Caleb and his crew worked all day to get this done and clean up the whole mess. Price was very reasonable and work was exceptional. I would not hesitate to use them again or refer someone to them. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Greg Baxter
