Broadway Auto Sales

My wife and I missed classes and work to drive 2 hours to check out a falsely advertised "super clean" BMW 335i that passed MA inspection. I went through trouble of getting pre-approved and had a certified check ready to purchase.... just to wait hours in Boston traffic to see that the car was nothing like in the ad. Scratches, dents, broken bumper, fading paint and bubbled clearcoat, scratched and beat up wheels... now i have to deal with a distraught wife and wasted sick day. A complete waste of time. These dudes obviously don't care about their customers. i have no idea how they are still in business and i'm glad i walked away from this broken deal. I thought the few bad reviews were isolated incidents on here and other site, boy was i wrong...

BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!

I purchase a 2004 Range Rover two months ago, however the vehicle was a lemon, at delivery it did not have a reverse gear ( they place the vehicle front ways so that I wouldn't notice), the check engine light was on, and other issues that I was promised they will take care of, they did not DO on delivery. This vehicle is a Lemon, and this dealership does not want to give me my money back ($14,000). Constantine favorite line is " I have my technician look at it" and " it would be ready next week". I already filed a report with the police, and also with the Attorney's General Office, and the License Department. Under this dealership's practice they refuse to cooperate with anyone through mediation under the Attorney's General Office, and they won't answer the calls or texts. The name of the sales representative is Constantine ( a big fat liar!), in which I have also read the reviews posted on websites in which apparently this dealership and him have defrauded other customers, I wish I would had seen these posts sooner. I have heard stories about dealerships defrauding clients, however, I have never seen it so openly done! I feel this dealership should not be operating and License that can continue to cause damages and fraud to the general public. They do not believe in the lemon law or the statute of limitation, contractual agreement or fair practices. They deal with lies under my experience. Buyer beware! Me and my family feel we were taking advantage off!
