El Mariachi

Just dined here tonight for the 1st time- place was packed. Good sign or pre-Cinco de Mayo? Seated right away at a high table near the bar. Classic Margarita was $7. all the others $9.50+. Big drink, well made& plentiful (on the rocks with salt.) Our busboy (Jamie) was excellent. Didn't even have to request more of their excellent salsa, he was there to replenish. Also very attentive to needs. The waiter (Leon) ordered my dish incorrectly. I had to wait for the correct order & no reciprocity was offered. He barely had anything to do with checking on us for drinks etc. or to see how our food was.

Speaking of the food, I had the Veggie Fiesta (when it arrived 1/2 through my husband finishing his meal), this was delicous-3 vegetarian dishes each with their own distinct flavor. I give Jamie a 5 star, the food a 5 star, the waiter service a 2 star & the Margarita a 4 star.
