DO NOT JUST INSTALLED THE FLOOR ONLY

Make sure ask for real Warranty Certification and have it installed according to the INSTRUCTION from manufacturer if not they will refuse to provided to avoid conflict, dispute and law suit,

Do not go by what the staff had suggested or if they said so make sure they put in writing on what they instructed you.

The Padding has to be proper, check yourself with manufacturer, the installation need to be done correctly, many time customer looking for the cheapest way to save money, The installer could not come up with recourse status.

I purchased 9 cartons of hardwood flooring through Blackriver flooring. My flooring is hand scraped Maple and it was shipped from Topical Flooring in El Monte, Ca.

I would say their plant does not have quality control. I received 9 cases of pure crap. The wood is not distressed, it has big gouges like a big blade skipped over the wood making deep gouge marks. Just horrible!
