Preventative Septic

Without a doubt this is the best septic company I have ever done business with!! I’m in the process of purchasing a house. We were trying to get a septic company out there to issue the Title V. The sellers were having a hard time finding a company to go out there and do it. I came across Preventive Septic & Drain while searching the internet. I had the seller reach out to them and they were out there within a couple days! Their customer service is outstanding!!! Dustin always kept me informed as to when and what was going to happen next. As I was not the owner yet of the property it meant a lot to know that they would call me and let me know what was going on. They did recommend a cleaning that should be done but didn’t pressure me into having them do it. They just let me know and explained the reasons why it should be done. Their prices are the lowest in the area and more importantly they care about their customers. It’s very hard to find a company these days that value their customers more than how much they can make off of them. I have and will be recommending them to everyone I know.

These guys are absolutely great to work with. Jon is very honest, a genuinely nice person and very professional. It is very rare to find someone like Jon. I will definitely be calling them any time I have any septic problems. Even though there are already all 5 star reviews for them on various pages, I am compelled to give them another 5 star review.

I have been dealing with these guys for quite some time. Always professional and curtious, and never out to sell you some service that is not needed. Their rates are competitive, but their customer service is the best I've seen of the several companies I've previously used. I highly recommend them to my family and friends.
