I don't usually write reviews, but in this case I feel I must. When my laptop freaked out and stopped working, I freaked out a little myself. I had had a bad experience with a local no-name computer repair service a couple of years ago, which put me off those kinds of services, but I also didn't want to turn to the overpriced Geek Squad. I decided to do some research and saw positive reviews for Preemo on several Internet sites. I decided to take the chance, and I am not disappointed. They are professional, friendly, quick and very, very reasonably priced. They straightened my laptop in a day for an excellent price. It's a great feeling to know that I now have a solid repair service for my computing needs that won't cost me an arm and a leg. The only thing to keep in mind is that the facade of the building they are situated in is blue. I saw that on their website, and it was a good thing because their location can be tricky to navigate (for me anyway). I highly recommend Preemo. :-)

My macbook recently broke down and only Preemo was able to fix it for me. Last november it actually broke down and had it fixed with a different repair service. i was so disappointed when it broke down again so I decided to try Preemo. It took less than a week for them to fix my precious macbook, plus the tech support is friendly and nice. Highly recommended it to anyone in Miami!

When my computer had a meltdown recently, I spent days watching Microsoft tech support work on it remotely.... getting nowhere. Then my daughter handed me the phone and said "talk to Preemo". A better recommendation was never made! I got my computer back in a day, working seamlessly despite having to be restored to day 1, with all my data in place. The work there is excellent, the pricing very reasonable, and the staff seems to know everything. I give Preemo my very highest recommendation!‎

I've owned a Dell laptop for a few years, and I managed to crack the screen after dropping the laptop off my desk. I called Preemo because their website insisted they were experts on laptop screen repair. They pick-up my laptop at my house, ordered the part (which was there in 2 days) and finished the job for under $300. To give you a perspective, my estimate to repair from Dell was around $650, more than double. Very thankful to the two guys at Preemo that helped me - certainly recommend Preemo to anyone looking for computer repair in the South Miami area.
