Hibachi Grill & Supreme Buffet

Yesterday, I found a roach in my meal. It was dis gusting to say the least. I wouldn't recommend going to this place if I was starving. I was her with my husband and daughters. I have no idea if my family's meal was also contaminated, but were there is a one roach there are many.

We have been to the Hibachi Grill several times now. Each time the food tastes better and better. The service is excellent, as is the variety of food items. Everything has been fresh and hot! The price is extremely economical for all you can eat!

HORRIBLE experience ever. FOOD WAS OLD AND COLD. THEY HAD THE NERVES TO CHARGE US WHEN WE LITERALLY WERE THERE FOR 5NINA AND LEFT EVERYTHING. I RATHER ORDER FROM A LOCAL CHINESE RESTURANT NEXT TIME...BEYOND DISGUSTED WITH THEIR SERVICES

Food and price is good, but the attitude of the waitresses are bad. After you pay and tip, looks like they are not happy and don't even say thanks or good bye.

Hibachi in Plain field, NJ has become our favorite buffet restaurant to go to. For less than $15.00 (go to double take offers for coupons) you can enjoy a variety of store made Sushi, Store prepared fresh grill choice of shrimp, steak, crab meat, and beef. Or choose from 50 other items. They have a delicious carrot cake, drinks are unlimited and there is plenty of seating. Only on holidays are coupons not accepted but on holidays they also serve snow crab legs, sometimes stone crab claws. For all those who didn't enjoy other try this locations try this one.

This was the worst experience in service and communication. I reserved and made a deposit for the Party Room of 25 people for 6:30pm to celebrate my son's birthday at the Watchung NJ location recently opened in February 2013. When we arrived, we had to wait for an hour. After waiting for an hour, we didn't get to sit in the party as they had 50 people already in there. The manager explained to us that they didn't inform those 50 people of a 2 hour limit in the party room but this is their responsibility. So basically they gave our reserved table to those 50 people. This is unacceptable and unprofessional to run a business especially when we had reservation. We were very disappointed and frustrated with their service and overall communication. Even though they apologize to us, they didn't offer us much only 10% discount. The manager and his staff need to be trained better to run this restaurant business. I would NOT recommend this place to our family and friends.

this is one of the typical chinese buffet with loads of food variety for a decent price. worth a try but cant do it on a regular unless you want to be fat

I didn’t have a good time coming here at all. The food and service were subpar at best. There was nothing special here and I don’t know why everyone wants to go here. Maybe it’s the cheap price, but with cheap prices, you can’t expect anything high in quality here. I’m also pretty sure they lie in their advertisements too. Hibachi claims to use no MSG and have “sugar-free” deserts, but when you taste it, the food is very salty and the deserts are extremely sugary. Also, don’t be tricked by their coupons. They offer $1 off for each adult, but there are catches. One, EVERYONE MUST purchase a beverage, such as soda or hot tea, and their beverages cost $1.49 each. So for people who don’t normally order sodas or hot tea, but want to use the coupon, you’ll end up paying an extra 49 cents than if you had just ordered water from the start. HONESTLY, DON’T GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED.
