        Exceptional Customer Service

        The entire Firestone Business is now admirable. When you go to my Firestone in Southaven MS, the receipt has a telephone number to call to rate your service and also gives discounts for next service within a certain timeframe. This itself is exceeds most businesses in the United States. Just a few minutes ago, I called this store to see if I had a bill because I had not received one from Credit First, the male csr said that he could not tell and to call the cs# on my card, I told him that I did not have my card and what would he do if I came to pay the bill without the card. He said he would give me the 1800 #. His name was Marvin. This was good service but not exceptional or great service. Then a female csr by the name of Renee came on the line and right away said" How are you doing today and may I help you?. She called Credit First herself and came back on the line and told me the amount of the bill. This is exceptional customer service. She went far beyond her duty to help me. I'll never forget that.
