Pizza Hut

I tried hving a pizza delivered to my southgate address, less than 1 mile from their location, and because the address to my condo didn't come up, I was told that they couldn't deliver to me. I went to the end of my block & provided the doctors office address, and was still turned down. The lady that tried to take the order was helping, but the manager made no attempt to help resolve the issue. There's about 20 condo's in this complex. I guess pizza hut doesn't want our business. Happy's pizza found the complex with no problems.

I have to admit, that one day I went there on my lunch break and I wasn't greeted. One employee was running around trying to do everything alone. When asked for help, it took awhile for someone to come out. Finally when they did, they helped her and my pick up order was getting cold. They were not rude at all. I understand in the fast food business it be like that sometime. My food is always correct. I eat there at least once a week for lunch. I always pick up so I can't comment on delivery. I would reccomend it. The dinning room appears to be clean.

My experience began a few days ago when some girl friends and I ordered delivery. An hour later a scruffy middle age man delivered a pizza that was incorrectly made, cold and seemed as if it may have traveled side-ways. We were credited the money i had spent and recieved an apology. Tonight I decided to venture up to pizza hut (untrusting of their delivery services). We walked in the door and saw one employee shuffling about. No one said hello, no one made eye contact, or offered us to take a seat. Maybe five minutes later a woman named Sandy cheerfully offered her help in taking our order, she was friendly, fast and accurate, she repeated our order to verify. Her other co-worker seemed to be ready to leave work, as she paced the restaurant on her cell phone complaining. When we recieved our order, 15 or 20 minutes later this un-named co-worker sat the food down on the counter without so much as a thank you, or have a nice day, no eye contact. she simply dissapeared into the back. The food we brought home was excellent. Prepared correctly, and at a hot temperature.
