Southington High School provides various educational and extracurricular programs and activities, and serves students in grades nine through 12. The school s curriculum includes various disciplines, such as English, mathematics, arts, health, science, social studies, and foreign languages with choice of German and Spanish. It also offers courses in family and consumer sciences, and business, physical, health and special education. Southington High School also offers technology education in agriculture and science. The school has a library that provides a large collection of curriculum books, magazine and newspapers, journals and Grolier s encyclopedia. The school also offers various extracurricular activities, including chess and board game clubs, watching movies and interactive club meetings. Additionally, the school provides various athletic activities, including golf, volleyball, cross country, tennis and swimming. The high school is located in Southington, Conn.
