Beware of Makoujy Appraisal Associates. Thomas Makoujy does not deliver as promised. His customer service and attitude are completely unprofessional. He promised to prepare our appraisal for our tax appeal deadline and did nothing. He did not deliver by the deadline. We are completely dissatisfied. He ruined our chance for appeal and is also very RUDE! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
