        Overall

        I had no trouble with anyone when I called like the previous review stated. They were helpful and polite, even moreso once I got there. They had the part I needed to repair my A/C at a good price and friendly employees.

        Lacking customer service! The women who answered the phone cut me off in mid sentence, maybe she was having a bad day, that is no excuse to be rude! I was transferred to the parts department, there I was met with some of the same customer service.
