After everything was said and done I should have just got a public defender. I literally seen Matt a total of five or six times each time was no longer than 20 minutes so pretty much I paid him $1,000 for 10 minutes five times. Not only that he's impossible to get ahold of if you're expecting to work with him you're highly mistaken because all you do is talk to his assistant and then his secretary calls you 24/7 hounding you for the money. You'll get a call from his secretary regarding your balance before you ever talk to him. His ultimate goal for me in the beginning of my case was to get no jail time, mind you had a clean record prior to this charge. In the end I ended up getting jail time. Is it beginning of the keys he told me that he was going to give some Grand speech to the judge and at the end of my case his Grand speech didn't even seem so Grand he spoke for like 5 minutes and said things that I could have just said myself. Word for word he said when I defend you at sentencing you'll see this is what you're paying me the big bucks for, honestly I wasn't impressed. He comes off as a pretty nice guy but honestly it just feels like it's all talk. If you're expecting your lawyer to honestly care about your case I don't suggest hiring Matthew Kinney. When I went to jail women in their with ten times worse charges than me and they had public defenders and they got less time than me. There was a girl in jail she's 22 years old 7 months pregnant got caught with 2 grams of meth, marijuana, a marijuana pipe, and she had a public defender and the judge gave her six days in jail. All I had was a controlled substance residue and they gave me 10 days in jail. I honestly wanted to believe that I had a good attorney but being completely honest it wasn't worth it. I'm just thankful the case is over with and I never have to deal with that attorney's office again. I don't even care that I wasted $5,000 I'm just glad I never have to deal with him again.

This guy is truly uncommitted doesn't keep his word and with all honesty should work for the state instead of being a defense.

Lawyer seemed helpful and assured me I would get my belongings and all the bogus charges dropped. After 5000 dollars and debt I incurred for paying him to have court which was postponed four times. I still have a charge against me for something I didn't even do because a drunk woman lied to the police and somehow I had to leave my house my animals my clothes and everything else and I never once got anything back. I asked him for his help and asked me to pay more to get my stuff when this was included in court.... So anyways 5000 dollars later and every belonging I ever owned and all my pets gone thanks Matt for your unwonderful work. If I could get my money back I would love to.

Stay Away from this guy if you want any sort of justice. He's a prosecuting attorney in disguise.
Chris, is this one of your fans having fun online at my expense?
