        Bosch authorized a free diagnostic on my 11 year old dishwasher. Mark's was their authorized company. Initially I had a problem connecting with them and had to call Bosch back. They had Mark's contact me within a few days. He came over, took machine apart, ran a few tests, gave me his thoughts on what may have caused the problem and that it should function properly now. I ran a full load of dishes. The machine ran great and my dishes were clean. No leaks.
