Family Nails

I have been going here for quite a while and always have good experiences. The salon is very clean and professional.

i have bee n going to the Family Nail ever since it opened and had nothing but very good experiences. I have recommended this salon to several friends who are now regular clients as well.

I am glad someone else notice that too. Me and my daughter were there a week ago and ran into the same situation but i refused to go get cash...sorry it's just not right in any levels. Never again!

I have gone here for maybe 6 visits for fills, and had noticed that there was a sign on the wall saying it was appreciated to have tips in cash...hmmmmm! That was the 1st red flag, then yesterday when I was there a women went to the counter to pay for her 2 daughters and the owner asker if she had cash. The customer said that she had tried to get cash at the ATM across the street but that it was out of commission and couldn't get it at that time. The Owner then asked her if she would be "bothered" to go and get it now. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! The women was hesitanat, but agreed to leave her 2 daughters there and go get the CASH!!! I wouldn't of done it, and I guess my question is why are they being so persistant about getting cash. Not going to claim it as income for their business??? That is the last time that I will go there and BEWARE! That's just not right!
