He leveled our house a year ago and gave us a 2 year warranty. We paid him between 5 and $6,000. We have been trying to reach him since June. He has returned maybe 2 calls and 1 text, promising to be out "that day". He has not shown up, and now he will not return calls or text. He is a scam artist and a con man.
