1st and Last Time Customer Here!



Called around to 36 tire stores looking for a set of snow chains for an 89 Toyota passenger car. Tire size 155/80/R13. Keeping in mind this car is my mothers, of whom is disabled and maybe drives 60miles in a month......



This store was the only one that had them available. At 8:35am when I called they said yes we have that in stock for $37.84 before tax. I call again at 11:30 am to make sure they still had what I needed they said yes and that they had 10 sets in stock.



I show up in person at 12:45pm and is charged $81.47. By the manager, Josh. Whom was not attentive, nor helpful. Kinda blunt as well as rude. Not the attitude I was looking for when the end product was more then double the price of what I was quoted over the phone, TWICE.



Josh was unwilling to work with me nor was he willing to help me find what I was looking for in the price range of what I was quoted.



And in the end I was handed a dirty bag that was wet......come to find out one of my chains had already been opened in the bag.



Thanks for taking advantage of my mother and I in the middle of a snow storm. She is disabled and drives maybe 60miles a month. Spending 81.47 was not in her price range being on a fixed income.....so being the only child I picked up the chains for my mother. Thanks again guys. Will never do business with you, nor will you EVER come recommend by me.
