Construction Projects often involve property damage or personal injury losses that require working with insurance carriers to achieve coverage of the loss and reimbursement for the damage. Contractors and Subcontractors are oftentimes required to indemnify others for damage arising out of or related to the work and a detailed understanding of coverage under Builders Risk Policies, General Liability Policies, WRAP or OCIP policies is necessary. Drawing upon 25 plus years of experience, our attorneys are knowledgeable about insurance coverage issues and have successfully obtained insurance coverage for our clients on multi-million dollar losses in which coverage was originally denied by the carriers. We have a sophisticated understanding of the roles and responsibilities of various participants in the construction process, and the contractual and legal rights and remedies of the parties.
