        From five engineers working on a single high school in 1955, to a staff of 18 engineering a multitude of projects from hospitals, schools and historic buildings to airports and jails, we have gained a reputation for excellence, affordability and customer service that keeps our clients returning to us. Clients: School Districts Universities Hospitals Churches Commercial Industrial Military Municipal L&S Engineering provides a variety of services related to engineering and construction of commercial buildings. Commissioning services are handled by four different engineers. We have a state certified Non-Residential Energy Code Plans Examiner / Inspector in-house. We are members of the US Green Building Council and seven engineers are accredited by this organization as LEED Professionals.         Overall

        They charge nearly double the rates of other firms. Had to get another engineering firm to finish the job after firing L&S because of months long delays and cost overruns.
