RenCorp took over management of my building within a week of moving in. There were a couple issues that needed to be taken care of that the previous management had been made aware of, one, being the dishwasher needed replacement and two, being the carpet needing replaced due to animal urine from the previous tenant. RenCorp, specifically Ivy Batton has repeatedly has ignored my requests for the necessary repairs, I have placed multiple phone calls, messages, I submitted a request in writing, and gone into the office on two occasions all to no avail.

Ivy Batton has even went so far as to say that the issue of the carpet was not "particularly egregious," that they were doing me a "favor," and that I'm "lucky" they were doing anything about it.

After 6 weeks my dishwasher was finally replaced but not without headache and lost income from taking time off work to make sure it got done on two occasions. The carpet has still not been replaced.
