Video Only

I was floored when I first walked into video only. They only carry trusted brand names (Samsung, Toshiba, Panasonic, Bose, Sharp, etc.) and have amazing deals on them. None of thier models are parsed down, or factory seconds, and all of their employees are highly trained and knowledgable. Never did I feel like I was being up-sold or given a needless pitch to make me spend more, but rather it felt like they were helping me find what worked best for my needs. Unlike going to BestBuy, where all the employees have the same (scant) knowledge I do about their products, the people at video only are true professionals. I recommend that everyone go there when they need a new tv or other home theater equipment.

I had been shopping around for a new flat panel television for a few days and decided to check out Video Only. They offer a price match guarantee which is always reassuring. We were helped by an awesome salesman named Rob, he was very informative and we did not feel like we were being pressured in any way, shape, or form. We got a great deal on a 50" television. We thought it would fit in the car which it did not. Rob went way above and beyond and drove it over to our home on his lunch break. I would recommend Video Only to anyone. Ask for Rob he is a great guy!

Our old tv finally broke down last week, so we went out to look for a replacement. Actually hadn't heard of video only before, but we decided to stop in after our other stops just to see what they had. We immediately got some help from one of the sales associates, and he kindly explained some of the differences and benefits of the tv's in our price range. They had the same television we had looked at, but ended up giving us a great discount and threw in a blu-ray player for free. Big thumbs up, definitely recommend if you are looking for a new tv. I just moved into the Spokane area and needed a new setup for my living room. I generally try to avoid the big companies so I decided to try Video Only. Ive heard the radio ad's on TV so decided to give it a shot. My wife and I went in on Saturday and it was pretty busy, we were greeted immediately and began to look around. We were on a budget so we had to be careful not to spend more than we should, i explained this to the associate and he put a great discount package together with a Samsung TV, blu ray player and a soundbar. I def recommend this place.

My friend told me this is the place for TV's on that's no joke! I replaced my kids small TV and got such a rad deal I went back today and got myself a huge booty 3D TV. Its 60" of pure awesomeness.Not only that but the manager hooked me up on hdmi cable, BLURAY, and warranty. This place is no joke. If you go in, ask for the short manager dude. He has the hookup. Cool dude!

This place is awesome. If you want the best price possible for a TV, blue-ray or sound system then take the time to stop in and shop. I saved a considerable amount of money over any of there competitors on my TV. I will only buy from this company in the future.

A week ago my father-in-law purchased a new flat screen for my fiance and I; which promptly shorted out upon installation by the cable company. We were instructed by the Cable installer to exchange the faulty tv for a new one.



We took it back to Video Only where John, our service representative, promptly exchanged the tv for a brand new model. Upon connecting the second tv to the cable box, the tv was again shorted and permanently damaged. It became clear the problem was not the tv. We called John at Video Only and he replaced the tv yet again, free of charge. He even replaced our damaged HDMI cable.



An electrician was able to find and resolve the electrical short, which turned out to be an improperly grounded outlet in our home.



I commend both Video Only and John on not only supplying, but also guaranteeing a high quality product, even when the source of the product failure was not their product.

Fooled by the name when I first saw the store in December, But when I walked in to check it out I was amazed with how man y TV's they had. I was helped out by Matt who showed me around the sales floor. I wasn't ready to buy that day, but He did a great job showing me around. When I came back in a couple months later I talked to Rob. He was very knowledgeable and went top to bottom on the technology. He showed me a couple 55" TV's and settled on a Panasonic. Brought my husband in the next day and because we were purchasing a stand and blu ray player, we were given a bundle deal that was several hundred dollars less than we were quoted elsewhere. Very satisfied with the service that i experienced and surprised by a negative review. I would recommend my friends to shop there!!

Their customer service is terrible. I waited over a month for a TV to come in! I purchased a TV February 28, which was supposed to be in stock in 2-3 weeks. After 2 weeks I called to see if it had come in. The person I talked to asked if I had talked to my sales person. I said no. He then asked if there was anything else he could help me with. I said no, and that was the end of the conversation.

March 20- I called the following week and talked to the manager, John. He said that the TV I ordered wasn't coming in and he cold offer a newer upgraded TV in exchange for an extra $100. I agreed and went to the store to make the extra payment. John then said that the TV should be in the following week. He showed me which TV I was getting instead.

I called the following week to check and see when I could pick up the TV I ordered. Matt the sales manager told me that it hadn't come in. At this point I was beyond frustrated, and told Matt what was going on. He said he understood and was apologetic about my situation. He offered an exchange which was far less superior than the TV I ordered. I went up to the store to see the TV he was offering as an exchange. I didn't like the TV which I was able to compare side by side with the TV I ordered, they were right next to each other on the display. Matt told me that they just got the display model in that week, which confused me since i saw a demo of it the previous week. Matt said that they were supposed to get a shipment the following week and showed me a fax they got from their warehouse saying they were getting several.

April 6- I called the store again to see if my TV was in yet. I talked to Matt who said the was in, and came in the day before...again, no phone call!! I went to pick up the TV and asked the sales associate about the 3D glasses that were supposed to come with the TV. He said they weren't in yet and they would call me when they came in. I said no its ok I know no one is going to call me so I'll just keep checking in with you guys. He then went into the back room and asked when they would be in and came out with the glasses. He said that they were for another customer who had also been waiting a month for them.

In this whole process I never got a single phone call when the first TV ordered wasn't coming in, or again when my TV was finally in. From start to finish this process took well over a month, and to top it all off their customer service is appalling! If you're going to buy from Video Only, get something in stock or you'll be waiting for some time to get your product!
