We have had our female shepherd for over one year and as of today still have not received papers on her. Cindy said that there was a problem with the AKC and required her to send DNA. Have been promised any moment now for months. as of right now unable to contact because both telephone numbers I have say do not leave message at this number contact the other number. I also have tried the home phone number and they either have it switched to fax or do not answer. We paid a lot of money for a dog that supposedly had AKC bloodlines with papers, and wanted to breed her, but without papers not sure how that will be possible. All that I can say is beware, I have given the benefit of the doubt for the year that I have had the dog, numerous occasions of being blown off on appointments,not getting called back on concerns, inability to contact either Cindy or Clark for various reasons. It doesn't seem right that they cannot provide papers for a dog that they charged that much money for, and the more time that goes with no communication from them the more concerned I become.
