Staff seemed kind of unprofessional, incompetent, and rude. Was not a pleasant experience, didn't feel like they payed attention or cared. Will be going elsewhere for a second opinion. A person with his supposed credentials that could not recognize the issue that I had was kind of sad. I am writing this not because it brings me joy, but because I want other people to avoid having the same experience

I had an appointment @1:15, didn't get in to do an xray till 2:15 and then had to wait again. I had told them that I have to pick up my son from daycare no later than 2:45, @2:25 still no doctor!

incompetent front desk staff told me insurance wold not pay for something. Called my insurer -- they had not called to ask and insurance was prepared to pay.

Don't count on these folks to get the insurance right!

My daughter had a broken scaphoid bone several years ago in her hand. Dr. Haslam operated on her and did the bone graft off her hip for the bone in her hand. She had excellent care and he was kind and great to work with. Recently, my son broke the same bone in his hand. We went back to Seven Springs Ortho and we had the same great care. We have been there a few times for misc orthopedic issues and we ALWAYS have great care and follow up. From cast to xrays, they are a great staff. Thanks for serving the Spring Hill community so well.

After dealing with extreme foo...

After dealing with extreme foot pain for over a year because I had no insurance, I went to a local podiatrist who gave me a cortisone shot. It worked well through the summer but when I returned to work, my first day was torture! The pain came back full force and then some. I had another shot which didn't work. I got a referral to Seven Springs, specifically Dr. Lawrence.

To his credit we did an MRI. However, after showing me the results which I already knew was chronic PF...his response was, "We could do surgery, but I wouldn't recommend it. So...... (he looked straight at me and said) learn to live with it." I wanted to burst out crying but left the office and waited till I was in my car. It has been years and I have additional problems in that foot due to "learning to live with it". I also have developed it in my other foot. I will be seeing another doctor soon but it will not be him. I get tired of the pain....being in pain everyday can really take a toll on someone. I am in my 40's and shouldn't have to "learn to live with it" Very disappointed in the care or lack of care I received at Seven Springs in Spring Hill by Dr. Lawrence. I would never recommend and always tell people I know to stay away from him. I run into a lot of people who notice my limp and after explaining why, I have the opportunity to tell my Seven Springs experience. I feel bad for the other doctors in the same practice but oh well..."learn to live with it."
