The crew were friendly and helpful in moving the larger furniture that I could not move myself. The alkaline solution they put on the brownish spots on my carpet from food spills over the years came out looking great!

I was not happy with their time table; said they would arrive at a certain time, showed up 2 hours later....however, when they arrived, they were very apologetic and got right to work....They did an abosolutely fabulous job! Moved all my furniture, put it back and most of all my carpets look Great....If it weren't for them having to drive 40 miles to get to my home and showing up late...they would have definitely received 5 stars from me. Thanks guys....My Carpets look Fantastic!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They spent one day missing appointments, not calling us, and rescheduling when we called them, and another day doing all of that plus lying about it. All the while we waited home with the place in chaos because of the items we moved to have the carpets cleaned. When they finally showed up, they gave us no compensation for our troubles and instead proceeded to try to sell additional services beyond our order. The actual cleaning was fine, but I recommend you do business with someone who has at least a modicrum of class and ethics and understands the basic tenants of customer service.
