But, the biggest concern with a rat infestation is the damage they can do to your health. Rats are carriers of a multitude of diseases from hantavirus to the bubonic plague. Silverfish
Getting rid of silverfish can be a difficult task. Sometimes called “bristletails," silverfish are nocturnal creatures that normally roam homes late at night, in search of food and water. Their flat bodies allow them to squeeze into even the smallest cracks and crevices during daylight hours.
Bees
During your initial mosquito treatment, we will conduct a thorough inspection around the perimeter of your home. Then, we will develop a customized mosquito treatment based on our findings and the layout of your property. We will apply a liquid treatment on shrubs and greenery (avoiding pollinating flowers for the protection of active pollinators like bees) to help keep mosquitoes away. Our treatment eliminates mosquitoes on contact and creates a zone of protection that lasts for weeks. We then come back for regular service during mosquito season to inspect and treat your property. In the unlikely event that mosquitoes do come back in between treatments, we will come back to retreat – at no additional cost to you.

Crickets
Although crickets can sometimes bite, their jaws are not strong enough to break the skin. However, in the rare instances when they do bite, these pests and their waste can carry disease-causing pathogens (such as E. coli and salmonella). For the most part, however, a cricket infestation can be loud and annoying as these omnivorous insects will feed on anything and everything – from plants to paper to clothing.
Earwigs

Mosquitoes
® mosquito treatments begin working immediately to reduce the mosquito population so you can enjoy the fresh air outdoors.
Flies
Mosquitoes undergo four different life stages, with the first three happening near or in water. Adult mosquitoes usually mate in the air when a female flies into a swarm of males. The female stores and nurtures the sperm inside her body until she is ready to ovulate. She releases the sperm in time to fertilize the descending eggs. After a blood meal, a female mosquito can lay around 100 eggs at a time.
Centipedes
Most centipedes found around buildings rarely measure longer than 2 inches, but some in Texas and the southwest can be 6 inches or longer.
Millipedes
Millipedes won't bite you, but they can emit a smelly fluid that might irritate your eyes or skin.
Scorpions
Terminix pest control professionals are well-versed in a variety of local pests native to the areas where they live – including scorpions. The Terminix approach combines in-depth knowledge of these pests with experience and a variety of techniques to effectively remove them from your property.
Moths
Although not particularly dangerous, some moths can cause irreparable damage to personal belongings, and may even attack food in your pantry, making these pests a frustrating nuisance.
Mites
Ticks are related to mites and spiders. As arachnids, ticks have eight legs. Depending on the type, tick color varies from reddish-brown to dark brown and black. The majority of ticks have a flattened oval shape.
Firebrats
Before you decide how to get rid of silverfish in your home, you'll first have to confirm the enemy as these pests look similar to firebrats. Both firebrats and silverfish are nocturnal with soft, wingless, carrot-shaped bodies and long antennae. However, silverfish are shiny silver or pearl grey, ranging between ½ to ¾ inches in length. By contrast firebrats are either grey or brown with mottled spots and are typically only one-half an inch long. Firebrat nymphs are less than â…› inch long and unlike silverfish, adult firebrats have scales that they shed. If you see these shed scales, you're probably dealing with firebrats, not silverfish.
