        I have had Pyramid tree service provide wood for my fireplace for years now and their wood is fine quality but their promptness in providing and delivering far exceeds many businesses.

        Pyramid Tree Service came to our home and defaced our property, cutting up a 40 year old arborvidae in the front yard when it was shown to the crew, by the owner and my husband, to cut down the leaning maple in the back. Our front property is defaced and we have asked the company to work with us on a remedy and they have not called us back. We wanted to give a local vendor our business and they ruined our property and don't care. Now we have a defaced tree in the front and still the leaning tree in the back. They have not called us back, even to apologize for this major mistake.
