Centrum Coffee Cafe

This is a great place for very good good. I love their weekday specials and their custard. The best day for breakfast has to be Sunday mornings. My wife and I discovered the Cafe's hidden treasure, that of one of the most personable servers we have ever encountered at the Centrum Cafe. This gentalman always has our table ready and drinks on the table, usually before we have even finished ordering. He has a great personality and a great sense of humor. My wife and I look forward to our back and forth banter and laughter with Matthew each week. It wasn't until Matthew had to miss the first Sunday we can remember, did we realize that it was not only the great food that brought us to the cafe, but it was Matthew's great personality and service which brings us back week after week. When we miss a Sunday, we can always expect getting a hard time upon our return, we even look forward to it.
Even at the busiest of times, Matthew always makes us feel we are being totally taken care of.
We know Matthew will be graduating soon, but we hope he will stay at the Cafe, without him it just won't be the same.
So, go to the Centrum for the great food, and Sunday Morning breakfast for great food and a great server.
