Jeffrey Alans

Jeffrey Alans has great home decor and usually they're great to us, however we've recently noticed a problem with their team. My mom had purchased a few things including some small candles. Well, she ended up forgetting the candles and called the next day to notify someone about her bag of candles. They claimed they looked around 'everywhere' and couldn't find her candles. She then went in herself and asked again. She also noticed there was a pile of "forgotten items" under their register. They ended up finding them under the pile. They dark-haired lady didn't even apologize the "mess-up." Soo yea it's pretty obvious they were hiding them. That would've been the first place they would've looked. I'm not accusing them of taking forgotten items for themselves, but the whole thing sure doesn't help their case.

Just remember to always make sure you have ALL your items with you before leaving their store.
