I do not know the gentleman's name, but he works at the front desk and he was so courteous and helpful! I was having an awful time trying to log in my time for the week and he managed to reset my password so I could enter it. I thought I would have to wait until Monday because everyone else went home I guess and I would have to take time out to do it and wonder all weekend if it would work come Monday..he saved me a ton of angst. Hats off to you, sir!!
