Lisa Brodeur-McGan opened Brodeur-McGan, P.C., in May 2005, and prior to that she was a partner with the firms of Cooley, Shrair P.C., and Brooks, Sanborn, Smith and Brodeur-McGan, both of Springfield. Her practice concentrates in civil litigation with an emphasis on wrongful death, civil rights, employment discrimination, product liability and professional malpractice law. She is an experienced member of both the plaintiffs and insurance defense bar. Lisa is a criminal science and English graduate of Russell Sage College, a women's college, and a law graduate of Western New England College School of Law. She is married and lives in Western Massachusetts with her husband and two children.

In addition to his work with Brodeur-McGan, P.C., Ed has his own consulting firm, Just Training Solutions, LLC, in which he provides effective employment training, consulting, and investigative services to employers throughout the United States.
